Vested HR provides a suite of business solutions to clients through the PEO business model. Services include a cloud-based HR software and services platform, payroll, sponsored health and welfare benefits, workers compensation insurance, outsourced HR services, and risk management among other services.

Position Summary

This is a client facing position responsible for Vested’s human resource service deliverables, primarily servicing Vested clients that have between 25 and 250 employees. Specifically this position is responsible for identifying and resolving client specific HR issues, servicing enrolled Vested clients with pre-purchased HR hour-pack solutions when and as clients need it, offering strategic and practical solutions, developing long term HR strategic and compliance plans, identifying opportunities to engage clients, providing sound guidance in each interaction and ensuring a delivery of Vested’s HR service strategies for its client base. This position will be able to troubleshoot HR situations, educate clients, and develop a trusted HR advisor relationship with clients through the delivery of excellent HR advice, counseling, solutions and product.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies HR Needs and HR deliverables specific to the client business through understanding of clients business and workforce.
  • Able to flex with enrolled clients’ HR needs, providing solutions within an hourly HR pre-purchased deliverable for specified HR needs, when and as clients need it.
  • Works with internal HR staff to deliver core HR deliverables and scales such deliverables to customized strategic HR plans specific to the client business.
  • Communicates solutions and recommendations in a clear and succinct way through written or oral interactions.
  • Aligns PEO services with identified client needs through an understanding of the small business operator client.
  • Assists clients in minimizing liability by providing consultative guidance.
  • Implements programs to enhance productivity and reduce liability through improved communications and identified best HR practices for clients.
  • Leads meetings and makes formal presentations concisely and at the business owner level.
  • Participates in prospect meetings with sales and service team members.
  • Escalates complex client issues and follows through resolution, ensuring proper communication.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships and innovate solutions based on HR knowledge.
  • Participate in open enrollment for medical and assist client in related enrollment activities.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Experience managing HR professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) and or SHRM Certified Professional certified preferred.
  • Minimum 5  to 10 years in human resources is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presentation and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while delivering results.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams.

Employment Type/Travel
